HOW PRICING WORKS
All dealer pricing is custom-quoted per job. Pricing is based on: engraving type and depth, size and complexity of design, material type and condition, setup requirements, and additional services requested. A formal invoice is created for every order.
INCLUDED SERVICES (DISCOUNTABLE)
Dealer discounts apply to standard production services, including: Fiber engraving (white mark, deep engraving, multi-depth / 3D engraving), CO2 engraving (wood, plastic, leather, glass), design retouch and file preparation, paint fill services.
CONDITIONAL SERVICES
Some services may receive reduced dealer discounts depending on complexity: custom design and artwork creation, rebuilding or converting non-usable artwork. These services are time-intensive and quoted accordingly.
NON-DISCOUNTABLE SERVICES
Dealer discounts do not apply to the following: setup services (light, medium, complex), rush service / expedited work, used firearm risk and specialty handling, customer-supplied item handling. These services are priced based on time, risk, and workload.
REQUIRED STRUCTURE
Every job must include: one primary engraving service, applicable setup based on part complexity, design retouch or preparation when required. Small jobs automatically include setup. No exceptions.
TURNAROUND AND PRIORITY
Scheduling is based on workload and dealer tier. Bronze Tier: standard queue placement. Silver Tier: priority over standard jobs. Gold Tier: highest priority and fastest available scheduling. Rush service is available for accelerated completion and is quoted separately.
DEALER REQUIREMENTS
Dealer status is assigned and reviewed monthly. Tier placement is based on total invoiced volume. Dealers may move between tiers based on activity. All work is subject to approval prior to production.
